A course in creating a student centered theater show facilitated by long-time local coach and teacher, Patrick Calkins.

Everything Drama is a classroom experience for primary and secondary students, learning all the skills needed to create a theatrical production. Skill building includes: writing a script, acting, music, dance, costumes, props and set design and building, and theatrical lighting effects. All the stages of creativity necessary for creating a theatrical production will be touched on, and each student will work on their interests. Classroom skills include: teamwork, discipline, scheduling, project management, and listening will be included.

Alladin (adaptation)

Alladin was the first play I made with My Steps. I wrote the play, designed the set as well as directed the play. I built a walking magic carpet set piece, as well as a magic carpet that the kids carried. It was a successful production, the kids had a lot of fun.
